Colour Therapy Drawings
Sleep is a great healer. Restful sleep is necessary for the physical body to do its best work.

Colour therapy, expressed in drawings, can be used to help you detach energetic cording, balance chakras and to address your needs on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. When placed under your pillow, a colour therapy abstract drawing can assist you to get a peaceful night’s sleep and to wake refreshed.
You can use the drawing to enhance your meditation sessions. Either place your hands on top of the drawing or place it on your chest when resting on a bed or lounge. This can give you quality time out.
If you are in pain, place the drawing face down on the area of pain for five (5) minutes then face up for five (5) minutes. Colour can help alleviate pain.
The more you use your drawing the more you can change your own life.
